A little complicated in the back pages but still good

The redstone book covers the basics and goes into depth with some complicated traps and some non-traps. I like how it explains the steps but some of the steps can be very complicated if you read it and do it minecraft carefully. Just make sure to read it carefully step by step without skipping or else you may find that your hard work trap does not function well.

A win for the books!

My nephew talked nonstop about this book over the Thanksgiving holiday. Seeing as how his birth is the week after Thanksgiving I told him it would be my gift to him. As far as I have heard he was over the moon to have gotten this one and the construction book one in the series.
I have never seen my nephew sit still for longer than 3 minutes on a good day but these books cause him to lay down, completely enthralled for hours! A huge happy plus sign for me! I'm all for more books and less electronics most times.

Helpful to beginners

These books are good for those just starting to play minecraft. I got this one so that I could understand the different mechanics of redstone better. It was helpful but anyone who has played the game for some time will quickly outgrow these books.
